The French Kiss by Ashley Rose Conway

Ingredients :

1/2 fl.oz Calvados
4 raspberries, muddled
1/2 fl.oz grenadine
1/2 fl. oz Lillet
1/2 elderflower liqueur
1 egg white

Instructions:

Swipe honey or lemon juice onto a coupe. Sprinkle fruit powder onto the glass. Add Calvados and rest of the ingredients into the shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish.

Garnish

Apple slice flower, raspberry, dehydrated strawberry or raspberry
powder

This cocktail freshens up the palate with spring flavors. Ashley mixed up this raspberry sour, layered with elderflower, Lillet and egg white. It’s bright, floral and juicy, perfect for spring. Avallen Calvados was used in this particular recipe.
