Ingredients :
1/2 fl.oz Calvados
4 raspberries, muddled
1/2 fl.oz grenadine
1/2 fl. oz Lillet
1/2 elderflower liqueur
1 egg white
Instructions:
Swipe honey or lemon juice onto a coupe. Sprinkle fruit powder onto the glass. Add Calvados and rest of the ingredients into the shaker. Dry shake. Add ice and shake. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish.

Apple slice flower, raspberry, dehydrated strawberry or raspberry
powder
