Ingredients :
1 1/2 fl.oz Calvados
1/2 fl.oz lime juice
1 fl.oz passionfruit purée
3/4 fl. oz orgeat
Lime zest
Spritz of orange blossom water
1 egg white
Instructions:
Shake ingredients together and spritz.
