Mangue Fizz by Gabriel Urrutia
Ingredients :
1.5 oz Calvados
.5 oz Benedictine
.75 oz lime juice
1 oz fresh mango compote
2 dashes saline solution (1:5)
Top with Champagne
Instructions:
Shake all ingredients except Champagne. Strain into a chilled coup glass and top with Champagne.
