Calvados Equinox Martini by J'Nai Angelle Williams
Ingredients :
2 oz Calvados Morin XO
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz simple syrup
.25 oz apricot liqueur
1/3 diced apricot
1 rosemary sprig
.5 oz medium to full-bodied French red wine
Instructions:
1. Combine Calvados, overripe apricot, and fresh rosemary into a mixing tin and muddle
2. Combine rest of ingredients besides wine and shake with ice
3. Double strain into a chilled martini glass
4. Top with French wine
5. Garnish with fresh apricot, rosemary, or lemon
