Ingredients :
1.5 oz. Calvados
1.5 oz. Lime juice
1 oz orange liqueur
0.5 oz. agave syrup
Champagne
0.75 oz. Blanc Vermouth
Absinthe for spritzing
Grapefruit peel
Instructions:
1. Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake
2. Top off with bubbles and pour into a glass with a sugar rim
Garnish
Brown sugar rim and a lime wheel
